It's important that it's at least ilvl 75 or you can't hit +1 all skills! You should be able to get one for less than 2 div.Īlt spam for +1 all.
Get either an onyx amulet or a citrine amulet (str+dex base) with fractured t1 crit multi as this mod alone will get you 15% more damage (with crit catalyst). With lvl 4 empower instead of awakened added chaos in a skin of the lords, you're looking at another 30% more damage. Lastly you can go for a skin of the lords with magebane, if you can solve suppress (probably need the suppress-grace mod on watcher's eye). There are also more expensive versions of the wand than lance showcased, let me know if you want to know about this, crafting budget for this is 10-20 div though, higher if unlucky.

Lance has a video on how to craft this, this is not a huge dps upgrade from your current wand though. Other than amulet you can go for a +2 wand. If you go for the amulet, you can solve mana by dropping clarity, getting enlighten on grace + discipline, and/or getting awakened blasphemy (has better reservation than regular blasphemy), could also drop the 2 passive points for "saboteur" and go for "deep thoughts" if you want a really nice mana buffer. It will require patience and determination though because you will be alt spamming for +1 all skill which is like 3k alterations on average, but you can get about 40% more damage from what you have now from this item alone, and this is where the build starts to shine imo. These are pretty expensive to buy on trade but you can craft it yourself within your budget, around 6-8 div on average (2 div for base, 1-2 div in alterations, 1-2 div for catalysts, 2 div for prefix cannot be changed, and 0.5 div for a sacred lifeforce). The biggest dps upgrade you can do right now is get a +2 amulet.
